Adam experiences sexual abuse and discrimination in Egypt, has a short-lived relationship with an Egyptian lesbian woman, is made homeless by his father, and seeks asylum in Scotland. After being mistreated by immigration officials and stuck in legal limbo for almost two years, he is finally granted permanent asylum in Scotland.

Tien Neo Eamas, a 55-year-old Singaporean-Canadian transman, discusses growing up in a fundamentalist Christian family, recognising himself in another trans man of colour, being the first Asian trans man to come out in Vancouver, enduring racialised expectations of manhood, overcoming hatred and abuse, attempting suicide, and finally finding joy both in himself and in his community.

Oliver Jähnke, a Swedish trans guy, interviews Jagrit, a trans male Indian lawyer. He discusses his supportive family, Hindu beliefs, accepting workplace, having top surgery, and his goals for the future. On the day of the interview, he had his first testosterone injection.

Snigdha Kapoor, the director, was inspired by personal childhood experiences and by Devdutt Pattanaik’s Shikhandi.

Sam, a bisexual trans man played by Canadian trans actor Elliot Page, returns to his hometown for his father's birthday, encountering his former best friend along the way.

Caz, a trans man played by Māori trans male actor Elz Carrad, returns to his rural hometown to reconnect with his estranged father, ex-boyfriend, and best friend.

Chris, a trans male barista played by American non-binary actor Theo Germaine, falls in love with an older queer woman named Abby, played by American actor Abby McEnany. The series is semi-autobiographical and based on Abby McEnany's life.

Fred Rococo, a trans man played by American trans comedian/actor/performer Murray Hill, is an emcee and professor of agricultural sciences. He gets married to a woman in the show's second season. The series itself is a comedy that has been very well received, and does a wonderful job of humanising both cis men and trans men.
